To maintain these hygiene and quality standards, we operate under a strict No-Return/No-Exchange policy after delivery.
(In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, an identical replacement will be provided under our 7-Day One-for-One Replacement.)
Why we have this policy:
Nobody likes to receive furniture that has been previously opened, used, or returned by another customer. Unlike many other brands that have lax return policies and loosely resell returned items as new, our strict non-return policy ensures that you only receive brand new, unused pieces that have been prepared specifically for your order.
Changes before delivery
If you wish to make changes to your order (such as model or colour), please let us know at least 1 week before delivery and we will be most happy to help.
Need help choosing?
If you have specific requirements for dimensions, fabrics or colours, we encourage you to visit our showroom to experience the pieces in person before placing your order.
