If you purchase an item from Ambient Lounge Singapore between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, and the same item is later offered at a lower effective price within 2026 on ambientlounge.sg or in our showroom, we will refund you the difference — even if your order has already been delivered.

How It Works
When comparing promotions, we look at the total full regular retail value of all benefits received (promotional value).

If the later promotion provides a higher overall promotional value, the difference will be refunded.

Example
• A customer purchases an item in February 2026 at its full regular price and receives a complimentary gift worth $50.
• The item is delivered in March 2026.
• In April 2026, the same item is offered at $80 off, without any complimentary gift.
• Under our Extended Price Guarantee, the customer would be entitled to a refund of: $80 (new discount) − $50 (value already received) = $30

This ensures that customers always receive the best net value, while maintaining fairness and consistency across all promotions.

What Qualifies
• The purchase must be made in calendar year 2026
• The lower price or promotion must occur before 31 December 2026
• The item must be identical in model, configuration and colour
• Refunds apply only to net value differences, not duplicated benefits
