Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
For all orders (except Tech Pillows and Funnelwebs), please see delivery options in the following "Q: What are the delivery charges?".

For orders of Tech Pillows and Funnelwebs, these would be delivered via Speedpost and you should receive them within 4 working days.

NOTE: During peak season (Dec - Feb), delivery may take longer than usual. Please order early to ensure you receive your items in time.

Q: What are the delivery charges?
We offer 3 convenient options for receiving your order:

Standard Delivery (2-4 Days) - FREE
• Usual: $40
• Doorstep delivery to lift-accessible levels only

Next-Day Showroom Pickup - FREE
• Order by 5pm today
• Self-collect from our showroom the next day

Next-Day Delivery - $30
• Order by 5pm today
• Usual: $60 - now 50% off
• Doorstep delivery to lift-accessible levels only

Delivery is by a third-party service and to the doorstep at lift-accessible levels only.

This prevents misunderstandings and unintentional damages to your existing furniture and finishes, especially in cases of narrow walkways. Unlike normal sofas, our furniture is lightweight, so you can easily move them to your desired rooms.

As there are many delivery locations routed geographically, this also ensures all customers can receive their items within the delivery time slot.

If you require move-in (from doorstep to a room) or carry-up (any flight of stairs within homes or for units not at lift landing level), these services are also available for an extra charge. This is subject to quotation by a different delivery company (based on quantity of items, number of flights of stairs etc). Please contact us with the move-in or carry-up details at least 3 working days in advance for separate payment processing.

Q: How will my order be delivered?
Your Ambient Lounge bean bag sofa is delivered in one of two ways, depending on your selection:

Filled & Ready (Default)
Your sofa arrives professionally pre-filled to an optimum comfort level and is ready to enjoy immediately. We also include extra DuraLuxe™ Premium EPP beads in a Funnelweb™, allowing you to fine-tune the firmness to your personal preference if desired.

Cover Only
If you are our existing customer looking to refresh your lounging, or you already have your own filling, you may select the cover-only option.

For any adjustments/filling/unfilling, our worldwide patented Funnelweb™ zip-and-tip system makes it simple, clean and effortless. Watch the official Funnelweb™ video here:

Q: I am getting Ambient Lounge as a gift for someone. Can I specify a delivery date?
Of course you can. Simply email your preferred delivery date (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to info@ambientlounge.sg immediately after your online purchase. Please inform us at least 3 working days in advance. 

Q: Can I place an order first, but arrange for delivery at a much later date?
Of course you can. And you should. Be it getting Ambient Lounge as a gift or for your new house, place your order now to avoid disappointment of any potential stock-out later. Simply email your preferred delivery date (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to info@ambientlounge.sg immediately after your online purchase. Enjoy peace of mind. Once your order is placed, those items are yours, and yours only.
