Our deliveries are made by Speedpost, and a delivery charge of $30 applies per Singapore address. We deliver orders twice a week.

- Order by Monday 1pm for delivery same Wednesday 2pm to 6pm.
- Order by Thursday 1pm for delivery same Saturday 9am to 1pm.

 If any delivery day falls on a public holiday, items will be delivered the next delivery day. For delivery at a later date, simply email your preferred delivery time slot to info@ambientlounge.sg immediately after your online purchase.

Q: I am getting Ambient Lounge as a gift for someone. Can I specify a delivery date other than Wednesday/Saturday?

Of course you can. Simply email your preferred delivery time slot to info@ambientlounge.sg immediately after your online purchase. Choose from any weekday, 9am to 1pm OR 2pm to 6pm. (Sundays and public holidays are excluded.) Please inform us at least 2 working days in advance. This service is available for a nominal handling fee of only $10.

Q: Can I place an order first, but arrange for delivery at a much later date?

Of course you can. And you should. Be it getting Ambient Lounge as a gift or for your new house, place your order now to avoid disappointment of any potential stock-out later. Simply email your preferred delivery time slot to info@ambientlounge.sg immediately after your online purchase. Enjoy peace of mind. Once your order is placed, those items are yours, and yours only.   

Q: Are all models on display at your showroom so I may experience them for myself before purchase?

Q: Are your items available for cash-and-carry from your showroom?

Definitely. We are in-stock for most items. That makes us stand out from almost everyone else in the world of designer furniture. Why wait weeks or months when your designer bean bag sofa is all ready to follow you home? Showroom accepts Visa / Mastercard.

Q: What happens if the bean bag sofa I want is out of stock?

Demand for our bean bag sofas has been very high and despite our best intentions, we may temporarily be out of stock for some items or colours. Our online ordering system does not allow orders for items which are out of stock. For out-of-stock items, please email us at info@ambientlounge.sg for order and estimated delivery date.

Q: What is your refund/return policy?

Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a refund provided you have first contacted us within 7 days upon delivery, and the original packaging must be unopened and undamaged in a resalable condition. The refund amount shall comprise the original purchase price of the item less re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. The delivery charge is non-refundable.

Q: What warranty do I enjoy with Ambient Lounge?

7-DAY ONE-FOR-ONE REPLACEMENT
In the unlikely event when there is a manufacturing defect, please take your item to the Singapore showroom within 7 days upon receipt and we will provide you with an identical replacement. Complaints received subsequently will not be entertained. You may have to wait for replacement goods that are out of stock. Please note, we examine and test all returns and if we consider the fault to be a result of self-damage, then a replacement will not be given.

1-YEAR WARRANTY
For one year after you purchase an Ambient Lounge model from the Singapore online shop or showroom, you will be covered by our warranty. Within one year upon purchase or delivery (whichever is later), Ambient Lounge Singapore will repair any items with manufacturing defects at no charge, including any structural defects (such as defective zips). However, damages resulting from the following will not be covered: (i) wear and tear (ii) abuse (iii) cosmetic damage (e.g. stained/scratched fabrics/leather) and (iv) incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

You need to take your item to the Singapore showroom, and we will repair the item and arrange a date for your collection. Please produce your invoice as proof of purchase for warranty coverage. If your item is not repairable, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your item with a product of similar value if an identical product is not available. Any such replacement will immediately terminate this warranty. In cases where our warranty does not apply, we will provide you with a cost estimate of any repair needed.

Q: What if I want to purchase in quantity?

Q: What are your terms and conditions of sale?

Please note these terms and conditions of sale are for online customers only. If you have placed an order in our showroom, you should refer to the printed copy of the terms and conditions of sale you received when confirming your order.

A. General

In these conditions of sale: No contract between the customer and Ambient Lounge Singapore shall exist until the customer's order has been accepted by Ambient Lounge Singapore. The order shall be deemed to be accepted once Ambient Lounge Singapore has authorised the customer's payment. It is the intention of Ambient Lounge Singapore that all terms of a contract between the customer and Ambient Lounge Singapore are contained in this document and in the descriptions of goods provided on the Ambient Lounge Singapore website for items. To protect your own interests please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

B. Delivery

Delivery charge of $30 per order is applicable for delivery to any address within Singapore. For out-of-stock items, please email us at info@ambientlounge.sg for order and estimated delivery date.

All our items are delivered by a third party delivery company and Ambient Lounge Singapore shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer through any delay in delivery caused by such company. If for some reason, you are not in when your order arrives, a re-delivery charge of $30 is applicable for re-delivery.

C. Payment Checkout

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are inclusive of GST. A delivery charge, if applicable, is added separately at checkout. Orders placed via our website can be paid with either a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. Credit or debit card payments are handled via PayPal. You will be directed to PayPal's website at the payment stage of checkout.

The online appearance of material finishes are only an indication. The customer accepts eventual slight variations in colour. Materials such as leather, fabric and wood are not free from irregularities in tone, colour, thickness and texture, and as such, should not be regarded as defects.

We reserve the right to make changes to design, dimensions, technical specifications and product catalogs without notice.

F. Risk

As soon as Ambient Lounge Singapore has delivered the items, the customer is responsible for them, until such time as the goods are delivered back to Ambient Lounge Singapore, in the event of refund/return.

G. Liability

We shall not be held liable for any damage/ personal injury that may arise from the misuse of our furniture and damages incurred from improper maintenance and wear-and-tear of our furniture. Please fill/ empty polystyrene beads well away from young children. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or incidents which arise from polystyrene beads.

H. Intellectual Property Rights

Ambient Lounge™ and Funnelweb™ are all trademarks of Ambient Lounge Ltd. The Funnelweb™ system has been patented worldwide by Ambient Lounge Ltd. Any infringement of proprietary rights will be prosecuted.

I. Circumstances beyond our Control

Ambient Lounge Singapore reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of contracts of sales if events occur which are beyond our control including (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, lock-outs, riots, industrial action which prevents entry to premises, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any event outside the control of Ambient Lounge Singapore and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.

J. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
